Delivery Regions:

We currently ship across all major cities in Pakistan. For areas outside of our standard delivery zones, please contact our customer service to confirm if delivery is possible.

Shipping Charges:

• Prepaid Orders: Enjoy FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above PKR 3000, unless otherwise specified for certain products. For orders under PKR 3000, a nominal shipping fee of PKR 350 will be applied for packages up to 1 kg.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat shipping rate of PKR 350 applies to all COD orders regardless of order value for packages up to 1 kg, unless otherwise specified for certain products.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of order placement. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time:

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking ID once your order is dispatched, allowing you to track it in real time.

Customer Responsibility:

Please ensure you provide accurate and complete contact information and a valid delivery address while placing your order. PureMarket.pk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Undelivered Packages:

If a package is undelivered due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Return Policy

At PureMarket.pk, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item, here’s how you can do it:

Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee:

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all our products. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your purchase for a full refund.

Return Window:

Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receipt. Products must be unused in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Non-returnable Items:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as perishable goods and personal care products are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team via email at puremarket.pk@gmail.com or phone at +92-312-0563341. Provide your order ID and the reason for your return (optional).

2. Return Shipment: Carefully pack the unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Arrange and return the items to our designated address through a trusted courier service. We recommend keeping a record of the return shipment for your reference.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or will be transferred to your given account.

Exchanges:

We allow exchanges on products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the same steps mentioned in our Return Process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
